We're coming together in the middle of our city to celebrate the defeat of death, shame, and fear on the cross! Good Friday is a celebration of the fact that Jesus brought life and life abundantly and overcame the grave. Join us on Friday, April 19th, one night only, for a Good Friday celebration with multiple creative elements around the legacy of the song "Ain't No Grave." Invite as many friends as you can to come with you downtown to the Florida Theatre, everyone welcome. You belong before you believe!

Doors: 6pm

*Parking in Downtown Jacksonville is limited. Arrive early.
*Kids welcome, no childcare provided. Parents' room for small children with television feed will be available.

FAQs

What does it cost to attend?
Ain't No Grave is a free event. 

When do the doors open?
The main entry doors open at 6 pm. The auditorium will open at 6:30 pm and the service will begin promptly at 7pm.

Where can I park?
The Yates garage which is adjacent to the theatre will be open. It is $5 to park. Parking on the street is free after 5:30 pm. 

Will there be childcare/Kidz Area?
No. Childcare is not provided, but there is a parents' room with changing tables, rocking chairs, quiet space for nursing mothers, etc. The service will stream live in the parents' room so you will not have to miss the message while using the room.

Can I bring a stroller for my child?
Yes. Parking may be a block or two away, so feel free to bring a stroller for your little one. Though without an elevator, all strollers will have to be checked at the Stroller Parking stand on the main floor. An usher will be available to store your stroller until you leave the service.

What can I bring into the theatre?
Outside food and drink are not allowed in the theatre.
Please bring small bags/purses. All bags will be checked. 
Weapons are not allowed inside the theatre; including but not limited to, concealed weapons, pepper spray, knives, and firearms.

Handicap Accessibility
The Florida Theatre does not have an elevator. There is a handicap entrance and seating available on the first floor. Please see a Bold City Church usher for assistance to your seat.
